2006-04-27 [Kaimee]: You ever own a budgie? It might sound insane to say you can understand them, but you can. If you have them around long enough you get to know when they're happy, excited, hyper, bored, want-to-be-annoying, hungry, sad, tired, lonely, whatever. I can even tell from the other end of the house when my budgie is teasing the cat :P ..oh, and added to that, I wrote the story, so I can make it anything I want xD (bad reason:P)
